|Truncated Gap Coupled Wideband Rectangular Microstrip Patch Antenna

Abstract: In the proposed antenna design the gap coupled parasitic patch with truncated corner and reduced size are placed along the non radiating edge of fed rectangular (with truncated corners and reduced size) micro strip patch. A patch placed close to the feed patch gets excited through the air gap; known as a parasitic patch. In the proposed reduced size antenna design with truncated corner and gap coupled patches, there is an enhancement of band width with satisfactory radiation characteristics like directivity, impedance matching, gain etc. Therefore the antenna will give satisfactory results as compared to a conventional rectangular microstrip patch antenna of same design parameters without size reduction. The proposed antenna design fulfills the demand of integrated RF systems. With compactness of electronic systems for mobile and wireless communication, there is an increasing demand of small and low cost antennas which gives satisfactory radiation characteristics.
|DFT Based Image Enhancement and Steganography

Abstract: The main purpose of steganography is to hide the presence of communication. While most methods in use today are invisible to an observer’s senses, mathematical analysis may reveal statistical anomalies in the stego medium. These discrepancies expose the fact that hidden communication is happening. The goal of steganography is to avoid drawing suspicion to the transmission of a hidden message. If suspicion is raised, then this goal is defeated. Discovering and rendering useless such covert messages is a new art form known as steganalysis. In this Paper, we provide an information about hiding methods of Image steganography such as LSB and DFT that direct the steganalyst to the existence of a hidden message and identify where to look for hidden information.Further we In this paper we have proposed a method to combine the features of image enhancement and Steganography. Various still images we have to be used on which the tests have been implemented
|Analysis of Component Composition Approaches

Abstract: Component-based software engineering is increasingly being adopted for software development. This approach, which uses reusable components as building blocks for constructing software, can facilitate fast-paced delivery of scalable, evaluable software systems. A component-based software system often consists of a set of self-contained and loosely coupled components allowing plug-and-play. The process of assembling components to create a system is called Component Composition. Composition is used to build complex components from simpler ones. This paper illustrate the different approaches of component composition and differentiate them on the basis of different parameters so that it would become easier to select appropriate approach for component composition in particular software system.
|Accurate image registration using SURF algorithm by increasing the matching points of images

Abstract: Feature extraction and feature matching are the basic steps of image registration and accuracy of the panoramic image is mostly depending upon the feature matching. To reduce the time for feature detecting, SURF is mostly used algorithm as it is the fastest descriptor. This paper shows that by increasing the matching points, image registration can be accurately done. To increase the quality of the image, the process applied on the images are filtering and edge detection, for which different operators can be used. In this paper, SURF is used for feature extraction, RANSAC is for outlier elimination, and at end affine transformation is used as transformation model. Based on experiments SURF is the fastest algorithm, so panorama image for large image can be obtained in less time period.

Now a days, patients have to face many difficulties in government hospital due to less number of facilities. This paper analyze the factors related to services of health department. It also includes a survey questionnaire which takes all the factors into count and before starting actual survey a pilot study for this questionnaire was done which conforms its acceptance.

Abstract: The CIE Luv color space is designed to be perceptually uniform, meaning that a given change in value corresponds roughly to the same perceptual difference over any part of the space. Using such a space for quantizing given step in color value will be noticeable on a display or hardcopy. Bacteria Foraging Optimization a nature-inspired optimization has drawn the attention of researchers because of its efficiency in solving real-world optimization problems arising in several application domains. Color image quantization is an important process of representing true color images using a small number of colors. The objective of this research work is to investigate the performance of Bacteria Foraging Optimization on color image quantization of LUV images. To implement, test the proposed algorithm. To compare the designed algorithm with other quantization techniques.
|Enhancement in the Performance of K-means Algorithm

Abstract: Clustering is a division of data into groups of similar objects. Each group consists of objects that are similar among them and dissimilar compared to objects of other groups. K-means algorithm is widely used for clustering data. But this algorithm is computationally expensive and quality of final results depends on the selection of initial centroids. This paper proposes a method to make the algorithm more efficient and effective. The proposed method decreases the complexity and effort of numerical calculation but it maintains the easiness of implementing k-means algorithm. It also solves the problem of dead unit.

So, a color key tool has been developed keeping Color Management Scheme (CMS) in mind so that during reproduction no color changes takes place irrespective of use of any device and it also improves the resolution level . a system and method for calibrating a printer includes the steps or functions of: printing a predetermined color test pattern with the printer by transforming data, representing said predetermined color test pattern, from a device-independent color space to a device-dependent color space associated with the printer by use of a color transform.
|Implementation of Bacteria Foraging Optimization for Color Image Quantization and its Evaluation for Various File Formats
Abstract: Bacterial Foraging Optimization (BFO) is optimization technique to tackle complex search problems of the real world. Bacterial Foraging Optimization is a burgeoning nature inspired technique to find the optimal solution of the problem. A Color images Quantization is necessary if the display on which a specific image is presented works with less colors than the original image. The research work suggests that images quantized with Bacteria Foraging Optimization technique gives good results. |An Approach for Speckle Noise Reduction from US Images using Enhanced Sticks Filtering

Abstract: Digital images are generally affected by noise due to acquisition process or by transmission process . In most of the images we can found a large variety of noise. The numbers of algorithms are used to remove noise from the image depending upon noise model. Number of researchers are working on the field of de-noise the images . In this paper we proposed an enhanced sticks filtering technique to reduce speckle noise from ultrasound images. We also studied different existing de-noising algorithms and compare them with the proposed method. The performance comparisons in terms of improvement in signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the proposed scheme, MSE ( Mean Square Error) of the proposed method etc.
|Neural Network based Approach for Module Sequence Generation for Software Implementation

Abstract: For the detection of fault prone modules various predictive models can be used based on source code metrics as input for the classifiers. The identification of metric subset for the enhancement of performance for predictive objective would not only improve the model but also provides strength to the structural properties of the modules. Unbalanced datasets also itself is a kind of difficulty for building predictive modeling. Unbalanced datasets are common in empirical software engineering as a majority of the modules are not likely to be faulty. We propose a method of applying search based metric selection and oversampling of NASA dataset. Selection approach uses the weights of Neural Network to identify the sequence of implementation of software modules.
|Testing Of Web Applications Based On Model Driven Architecture

Abstract: Web applications currently make up one of the largest growth areas in software Web. During the analysis phase of web application development web model of the web application is created. This web model represents all the components of the web application that are to be tested. After generating the web model the very next step that is taken for testing the web application is to generate test cases. Basically actual testing begins on the test cases . This testing is followed up by regression testing if we bring any feasible change in the web model.The regression testing verify whether previous model functionality will regress or fail by marking which previous test cases are valid or discarded in the updated model. The updated web model is then used to generate the new test cases.
|Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm for Testing MCNC FPGA Benchmark Circuits

Abstract: This work has shown that FPGA testing in the form of Boolean SAT, which is a NP complete problem, can be competently solved using the Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm by first converting it into the Boolean SAT and representing it as a constraint satisfaction problem. This simulation work reads the Xilinx MCNC Benchmark circuits as BLIF word files and dynamically circuit graphs are created for above used circuits. Then these graphs are used for FPGA circuit testing using GA procedure and results have shown that as the problem size are increased by increasing number of variables and clauses, the fault coverage ratio increases. Also as the numbers of generations are increased, fault coverage ratio and CPU time to test the circuit for each FPGA circuit has improved.
